| :( I have a Polar F1 heart rate monitor. It isn't reading my HR right now if the watch portion isn't *right next* to the sensor portion, which is worn around my rib cage.
I hope it hasn't crapped out!

| Got about ~25 minutes into this workout - I suppose for someone more coordinated it would be a great workout, but I (obviously) don't have a dance background so it was hard to follow some of the moves. The lead also mixes up the moves instead of building a routine, which makes it hard to think of where to start when he says, "lets do it again". :p
I'll try it again tomorrow. Going to work early again!
(Early to rise, early to leave...or something like that. :)
