Core Rhythms

 

The workouts are cheesey but fun. Before you know it, 30-40 minutes have passed and you've burnt 300-400  calories....

I did the samba / merengue workout, which is in a last-ditch attempt before me and TM go for an intro samba / swing session on Saturday!

  • ~38 minutes
  • 319 cals, 40% fat
  • Max HR 169, Avg HR 151

Yes - the public library has a lot of good workout videos / dvds that I end up recording. It keeps the exercise interesting!
